Every month there will be nominations for best site member of the month!!
Some rules on nominating:
1. Wait for the "Nominate a Member for This Month" to come up before nominating them. Do not PM staff, as these will not count.
2. If they have a warning at all, even only 10% staff will not add them to the poll for voting
3. If for example, someone wins in January, they cannot be nominated in February.
4. Nominate whoever you want. Reasons are wanted.
